When you submit a vehicle, we collect the information you provide: contact details, vehicle information, its condition and photos. Limited technical data, such as IP address and browser information, may also be retained to protect the service.

Use and retention

We use this information only to evaluate your request, communicate with you, arrange a potential transaction and prevent abuse. It is available to authorized Gagnon Girard Auto personnel and service providers required for hosting or notifications. We retain it only as long as necessary for business and legal purposes.

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, subject to applicable legal obligations.
